Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this website [collectively ‘Services’] are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices [the ‘Terms’]. These Terms are the basis for all business with Eni Jewellery, Eleni Koumara [in the following ‘Eni Jewellery’] and will be updated regularly.
Please read these terms carefully before you start to use the site [enijewellery.com] or have business with Eni Jewellery. With the continued use of this site or conduct of business with Eni Jewellery you agree to all of the following terms.
You should check this page regularly to take notice of changes Eni Jewellery may have made to the terms.
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and Eni Jewellery reserves the right to remove or amend the services without notice. Eni Jewellery will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Periodically Eni Jewellery may restrict access to some parts or the entire Website. Your use of the Eni Jewellery Website is contingent upon your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the following, then you may not use the Eni Jewellery website.

|| Jewellery
Each piece is individually handcrafted and therefore features minor variations from item to item.
The size and design of each piece will be substantially the same as pictured online or in your catalogue.

All Eni Jewellery creations are artistic and decorative items. Although sometimes playful they are NOT toys and should be kept away from children.

|| Terms of Sale
By placing an order on the Eni Jewellery website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time Eni Jewellery has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
Eni Jewellery will endeavour to process the order and send the goods within the time period stated at point of purchase. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicatively only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract and Eni Jewellery will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay of the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Eni Jewellery will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or force majeure. Please see FAQs on Delivery for further information.
In order to contract with Eni Jewellery you must be at least 13 years of age and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If your order is accepted you will be informed by email with the information of dispatch. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. Eni Jewellery reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your order.

|| Payment Options
PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer)
By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to PayPal’s site in the next step. The terms and all the security measurements undertaken by PayPal apply. When you’ve entered your information there, you’ll be brought back to this store to complete your order.
Payment in Advance

Cash on delivery
The information for the money transfer will be given to you during the order confirmation process.Shipping will take place after the money is received. Please allow 3 to 5 business days.

|| The Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Eni Jewellery takes payment from your card via the chosen payment option, when processing your order. If Eni Jewellery is unable to supply the goods for any reason, you will be informed of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A contract between us will not be formed until a dispatch email is send to you giving you the information that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the dispatch e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

|| Prices
All prices are in Euro and are excluded of VAT and shipping costs. Eni Jewellery LTD is not VAT registered.

If you order from outside the EU, please keep in mind that some countries charge custom fees or taxes. These charges and taxes will be paid by the customer. Eni Jewellery may have to complete additional documentation or request additional information. The following address will be used for contact ‘hello[at]enijewellery.com’ with any further enquiries.

Eni Jewellery reserves the right to change its prices and manifest errors are non-binding.

|| Delivery
Shipping takes place to the address you have provided during check out.
You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your shipping information.

|| Shipping Fees
All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping charges are added during check out to the order and to be paid by the customer. These charges are calculated by weight and/or dimensions of the parcel.

|| Items Not Collected
Eni Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. In case parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to Eni Jewellery. Eni Jewellery is not responsible for items shipped back and Eni Jewellery will have to charge the customer for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping.

|| Complaints and Defects
Despite taking very good care of all items sent, an article can somehow get damaged. If the outside of the packaging appears to be damaged due to transportation it is very important to notify the delivery company when you receive the parcel, or to refuse accepting the parcel. If you notify me within seven days of receiving your parcel I will replace the damaged or defect items at no extra charge.
All complaints regarding damages, defects or delays in delivery should be directed at hello(at)enijewellery.com. Please forward pictures in case of damaged goods.

|| Gift Card
Gift Cards can be bought in Euro. When you buy a Gift Card a Gift Card email containing an unique code to redeem will be send to you within the next 48 hours. If you purchase multiple gift cards you will receive multiple Gift Card emails.
Gift Cards must be redeemed in their entirety when buying items made by Eni Jewellery.

|| Redeeming your Gift Card
To purchase items using a Gift Card simply enter the code in the ‘Discount Code’ box during check out. This will automatically deduct the amount of your Gift Card.
If you do not redeem the full cash value of the Gift Voucher, then the remaining amount will be forfeited and your code will stay valid for that amount.
A Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any items on the Eni Jewellery website. It’s not possible to redeem a Gift Voucher against shipping.

|| Gift Card Returns
As a customer your right to return an item bought using an E-Gift Card is exactly the same regardless of whether you’ve bought the items with a Gift Voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two.
If you’ve paid for the whole order with a Gift Voucher, then a replacement Gift Voucher for the amount will be issued to you.
If you paid with a combination of payment card and Gift Voucher, Eni Jewellery will refund the amount that you paid for with your debit/credit card first, and then the remaining amount- will be issued as a new gift promo.
Gift Cards can only be redeemed in their entirety. If you don’t redeem the full cash value of the Gift Voucher, then the remaining amount will be forfeited. A Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

|| Your Obligation
You must provide Eni Jewellery with true and accurate information for example: your real name, email address and other requested information as indicated and necessary to process your order.

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Services; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Eni Jewellery will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Eni Jewellery will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to.
Eni Jewellery reserve the right to bar users from this Site on a permanent or temporary basis. Any such user shall be notified and must not then attempt to use this Site under any other name or through any other user. Eni Jewellery will report any breach of these rules that would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act of 1990 to the relevant law enforcement agencies and disclose your identity to them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Eni Jewellery. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Eni Jewellery, Eleni Koumara.

Verification process
